Welcome to Encino Petals. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Floral Design & Product Variations
All arrangements are artistically designed and may vary slightly from images shown due to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.
2. Custom & Event Orders
Custom Composed, Weekly Floral Service, and Private Event orders are subject to consultation and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be outlined in writing prior to fulfillment.
3. Delivery
We provide local delivery within designated service areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or seasonal volume.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may resolve it promptly.
5. Weekly Floral Service
Recurring services may be paused or canceled with written notice at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, branding, and written content are property of Encino Petals and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Encino Petals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
